extensive experience consulting and analyzing operations in small and large child care centers. A twenty five year veteran in the childcare industry, she has managed multiple teams and developed structures to improve efficiency in daily operations. These skills allowed her to work her way up in an agency with over $100M in annual budget.

A founder of Oak Tree Holdings, Alex's background consists of sales and finance. He is a current business student pursuing his MBA and has undergone in-depth mentorships exclusively geared towards mergers and acquisitions. This allowed him to assist in analyzing business strengths and weaknesses, which has proved to be essential when developing plans to improve operations and company infrastructure.

Before becoming a partner and COO Doug was a seasoned general sales manager of a nationally ranked auto group. With robust experience spanning from operations, sales, and finance; he has led dealerships by increasing sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction. Holding a consistent track record of turning around underperforming businesses through strategic planning and effective management.
